a SUPER stay
friendly receptionist double room clean room great value
i enjoyed the friendly receptionist. the upgrade to a double room for my wife and me was a GREAT surprise. the room felt nice and neat. it offered great value for the money and was wonderfully spacious too.
There was some dust behind the fridge. It wasn't a huge issue THOUGH.

the hotel is near the train station and the reception area is quite clean. the staff members are available to assist with directions or questions, offering support and guidance for an easy stay. there is also a snack bar.

the location allows easy access to the city center and many tourist spots. the hotel is very walkable and located close to public transportation such as the metro. you can find some nice restaurants opposite the hotel.

breakfast is served in a wide, bright saloon with lots of light. the offerings included enough delicious choices to satisfy different palates, that was SO thoughtful. the quality was good.

the room had tools for tea and a coffee machine for making hot beverages. it was clean and warm temperature. the bed had clean sheets, and I appreciated the dark room when the curtains were drawn allowing a peaceful sleep.

The staff at the reception were kind. they were helpful and friendly. the multilingual abilities of the staff really stood out. The bar staff were great too.

the room was spacious and clean. i liked the breakfast that included many options. the location worked because it was near transport.

The staff was efficient.
The curtains had stains. The hotel dining area seemed UNDERSTAFFED. I waited an hour to pay for dinner.

broken lock missing glasses
The breakfast had a reasonable variety of options.
I asked for an extra pillow but they couldn't provide one, seriously? There were no glasses in the room for brushing teeth or drinking. The toilet lock was also broken. Great.
