i enjoyed the friendly receptionist. the upgrade to a double room for my wife and me was a GREAT surprise. the room felt super clean and cozy. it offered great value for the money and was wonderfully spacious too.

the location allows easy access to the city center and many tourist spots. the hotel is very walkable and located close to public transportation such as the metro. you can find some nice restaurants opposite the hotel.

the room had tools for tea and a coffee machine for making hot beverages. it was clean and warm temperature. the bed had clean sheets, and I appreciated the dark room when the curtains were drawn allowing a peaceful sleep.

I asked for an extra pillow but they couldn't provide one, seriously? There were no glasses in the room for brushing teeth or drinking. The toilet lock was also broken. Great.
